I made the leap and joined the selling community of Etsy last week. It has been quite an experience. After creating art for nearly a decade, I believe I've finally found the perfect home for my work. I'll be using this blog to showcase the shop, but also to talk about the highs and lows of starting a business while being a stay at home mom. Lilybillydesigns was created with my daughter, Lily, in mind. She has many nicknames, as does everyone else in this family, and my favorite is Lily Billy. The name was created when she was about a year old and had a love for eating anything made of paper.
